The line-up for "Elysian Citadel" was Pete Rafael (songwriting and guitars) and Bob Katsionis (drums, bass, and keyboards). Female vocal powerhouse Jo Kotrotsou (Bad Habits) sang "Ecstasy of Love" and underground legend Rusty Cooley performed a guest solo on "Warrior Within". The album was mixed and mastered by the legendary Fredrik Nordstrom at Fredman Studios

I've loved Katsionis's work since his days with Firewind. His Stray Gods album was a little too Miaden-sounding for me, but this album does the Queensryche/Fates Warning thing right. You can hear an influence, but it is its own entity that can stand alone and should be promoted more because everyone deserves to hear this! ewilt15
